Start by sharing your vision with us through our quick form. Think of it as pulling up a chair and telling your story; the who, what, when, and why behind your event. This helps us get to know you, your guests, and what matters most so we can begin shaping an experience that feels just right.
Connect
We’ll start with a conversation to learn about your event, your guests, and what matters most to you. This is where we listen and get a feel for your vision. After we review your form, watch your inbox for a note from cheers@crowdedtable.events. We’ll set up a date for our initial connection call.
Get To Know
Crowded Table Events
After your connection call, you will receive an introduction guide to learn more about Crowded Table Events and what it looks like to work with us. Our goal is to make the planning process clear, collaborative, and enjoyable from the very beginning.
Receive & Review the Proposed Services Quote
Once you've hit submit on the introduction guide, we will send you your proposed services quote. This quote reflects the services and planning support we discussed during our Connection Call. This document will outline the scope of our work together and the investment required for our team to support your event.
Share Feedback or Adjustments
If changes need to be made or questions arise, let us know! We want to get it right.
Approve the Proposed Services Quote
Once approved, we will send over your official invoice and event contract.
Sign the Contract &
Submit Your Deposit
To officially reserve your event date, we require a signed contract and a 50% deposit.
We Begin Planning
Once these steps are complete, your event is officially on our calendar, and we begin working with you to bring your event to life. Our team will walk alongside you throughout the planning process. We’ll guide you through and make the details manageable so you can feel confident, from the look and feel of the space to the flow of the day. We focus on creating an atmosphere where your guests feel welcomed, comfortable, and connected.

It’s your day! You can relax and enjoy while we handle the coordination, timing, and behind-the-scenes details. Our job is to make sure your only responsibility is to be fully present with your guests.
