What kinds of gatherings do you plan?

We design celebrations, milestone birthdays and anniversaries, weddings, corporate retreats, showers, and more. Each one is tailored to the people around the table.

What makes Crowded Table…Crowded Table?

We believe the best moments happen around a table with people who matter.

Our work is to design gatherings that feel thoughtful, personal, and seamless. Where everything is intentional, but nothing feels forced.

How far in advance should I reach out?

Sooner is always better. We recommend 3–6 months in advance.

If your timeline is shorter, reach out anyway, and we’ll always do our best to make something meaningful happen. We love a good challenge!

What is your typical investment?

While smaller, more intimate gatherings may cost less, most of our events begin around $1,750, with many clients investing between $3,500–$9,000+ depending on the scope and experience we’re creating together. We’ll build something that fits your vision (and feels worth it).

Do you offer custom packages?

Always. No two events should look the same.

What does your service include?

Our work encompasses planning, design, vendor curation, logistics, timeline management, and on-site execution.

Our role is to hold all the details, so you don’t have to.

Do you provide catering?

While we don’t provide catering in-house, we work closely with an incredible group of trusted catering partners.

We’ll help you select the right fit for your gathering.

What does “day-of coordination” actually mean?

It means you’re not answering texts, solving problems, or watching the clock.

We manage timelines, vendors, and flow so you can be fully present with your guests.

Will your team be there?

Yes, always. Every event has a team member on-site, making sure everything feels effortless (even when it’s not).

Where do you host events?

We are based in north Georgia and love the mountains, but we’ll travel for the right gathering.

Do you work with specific vendors?

We do, and they’re a wonderful, trusted, and curated network of partners.

But we’re happy to work with your favorites too.

What is required to secure a date?

After our initial chat, we’ll send over a service quote for your review and approval. Once the service scope is finalized, a signed contract and deposit will be required to secure your date, then the true work can begin.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We like to keep things beautiful and manageable.

Can you help with design and décor?

This is our favorite part.

We create spaces that feel cohesive, elevated, and quietly unforgettable.

What does “leave a chair open” mean?

It is a belief that gathering well is about more than aesthetics.

It is about creating space for conversation, connection, and a sense of belonging.
