Crowded Table Events partnered with this nonprofit client to design and create custom décor that elevated their gala into a thoughtful and visually stunning experience. From personalized centerpieces to a beautifully styled photo area and intentional details throughout the space, our team took the lead on the design elements and helped reduce our client’s stress so she could enjoy a polished, cohesive event atmosphere.
I’ve always been a “do it myself person and haven’t ever worked with an event planning business. But after working with Crowded Table for our nonprofit gala, I am changing my ways! After working with the team to discuss the plans, theme and feel of our event, I didn’t need to do anything else.
It was incredible to walk into our event venue the day of and see the incredibly thoughtful décor that was far better that anything I could have “done myself”. Our table centerpieces, photo booth area and other touches that I wouldn’t have thought of were done to perfection. The reduction in stress trying to plan and carry out these aspects of our event was so helpful. The team was efficient, did great work, communicated well, and it was an overall great experience.
